Here comes my experiment on Tacos

Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 bowls wheat flour
  • 4 tsp rawa/semolina
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 3 nos for stuffing:onion's finely chopped
  • 2 nos tomatoes
  • 1 bowls paneer
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala
  • 1/2 tbsp black salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl, mix ingredients to a thick dough, cover n keep aside for 10 min now make small ball's n roll puri with rolling pin, keep oil to heat, heat it n slow the gas, n put puri in oil n slowly fold from 1 side n let it till golden brown color
  • Mix all ingredients of stuffing n stuff in it n done
